Independent mortgage advice — assessed against the whole market.
Mortgages UK-Wide is a whole-of-market mortgage broker. We assess every client's income structure, credit profile and property requirements against the full range of available lenders — not just the products on a restricted panel.
How we work
Every enquiry is assessed individually. Before recommending a lender, we review your affordability, Loan-to-Value, employment type and credit history to identify which lenders are most likely to approve and at what rate.
This matters because lender criteria varies significantly. A self-employed applicant declined by one lender may be approved by another that takes a different view of retained profits. A CCJ from three years ago may be accepted by specialist lenders who won't touch recent adverse credit.
We don't submit applications speculatively. We match first, then apply — which protects your credit file and improves your approval rate.
Thorough assessment. Direct advice. No guesswork.

Our Fees
Mortgages UK-Wide is a whole-of-market broker. We may receive commission from the lender and this amount varies between lenders. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our reference number on the Financial Services Register is 301010.
We will always disclose any commission received and will provide you with a Key Facts Illustration (KFI) or European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) before your mortgage application is submitted. These documents set out the full cost of the mortgage recommended to you.
If you have any questions about how we are remunerated, please ask your adviser at any stage of the process.
